About the Barn
The Barn at Fawn Hollow is unique in its own way. It is rustic, but yet elegant with crystal chandeliers and vaulted wood ceilings. It overlooks a beautiful 18 acre lake with the most breathtaking sunsets at dusk. Our event barn has a warming kitchen, coffee bar, bride and groom suites, kids play room, and a wonderful outdoor area with fireplaces for your special event. Fawn Hollow is where families gather, lives are touched, and memories are made.
Welcome to our piece of Heaven we call “Fawn Hollow”My wife Peggy and I were first blessed to visit the Greer’s Ferry Lake area over twenty five years ago after being invited by friends from Memphis to come spend the weekend on the water. That one weekend turned into coming several times each summer and fall until we decided to buy a lakeview property for ourselves. In 2002 we took the plunge and have had countless hours of fun and cherished memories watching our kids grow up on the water and around the lake area ever since. After selling our family business at the end of 2012 we found ourselves spending more and more time at the lake house. With time on our hands we started looking at businesses in Heber Springs in early 2018 that would allow us to live at the lake fulltime. After several months looking at multiple locations we were shown the property called “The Barn at Pine Mountain” near Quitman. Peggy and I both fell in love with the natural beauty and endless possibilities the barn, houses, lake open meadows offered immediately.The property covers over one hundred sixty five acres with three unique houses, three equipment and storage buildings and best of all, a state of the art wedding barn/event center. There is a couple acre pond that feeds into an eighteen acre lake full of bass, bream, crappie and catfish. The lake has a boat dock and launch ramp for the boater and if you’re a hunter we have a shooting range to sight your guns in. The site is set up for large gatherings and can sleep over 30 people in the houses and for those adventurous soles who like to rough it, let your imagination be your guide. We even have an outdoor power source for your RV!Our vision for Fawn Hollow is to have every person who visits the barn or one of the houses or lake leave with a lasting memory of how wonderful their experience was. To be able to step back even for a day and appreciate the beauty of a time gone by…We ask you to consider us for your weddings, family reunions, business retreats, church and school events, trade shows , outdoor concerts and other family related activities that improve the quality of life for the residents of the Greer’s Ferry Lake area.
